One World Trade Center Opens for Business
One World Trade Center opened for business today. Employees of Conde Nast – the first tenant to take possession – arrived today to occupy the 24 floors that the company leased for 25 years at a cost of about $2 billion. With a height of 1,776ft, the 104-story One World Trade Center has over 3 million square feet of floor space and is 60 percent leased.
